Does my licence renew automatically?
No. Each purchase is a one-time prepaid licence for a fixed period. It ends automatically; there is nothing to cancel.
On how many PCs can I use Bobbr?
You can register two devices. One session can be active at a time. Remove old devices on your account page.
When is my licence activated?
As soon as our server has confirmed the payment with PayPal. The return page alone never activates a licence. This usually takes seconds, sometimes a few minutes.
Does Bobbr work with my game?
Live game compatibility has not been verified. Bobbr is currently tested only against our own simulator. See the compatibility page.
Is Bobbr undetectable?
No, and we do not claim that. Bobbr is a visible desktop app and does not try to hide from or evade any software. Game operators may have their own rules; please check them.
My antivirus or SmartScreen warns me. What should I do?
Do not disable your protection. Verify the SHA-256 checksum on the download page and contact support. We investigate false positives and report them to the vendor.
Does Bobbr work offline?
No. The licence is confirmed online every 60 seconds. Without a connection the engine stops at the latest after 3 minutes.
