Account and licence data

We process username, email address, password hash, licence, order and device data to provide the service. Device IDs are random installation IDs; we do not take a hardware inventory.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store card or bank details. We store order ID, amount, currency and status.

Usage statistics (only with consent)

Only if you allow statistics, we store a random visitor ID in your browser (key ab_vid) and record normalised page paths, the referring domain and allowed campaign parameters. You can revoke consent at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer; the visitor ID is then deleted.

Security logs

Security-relevant events (logins, changes) are logged independently of statistics consent. Proposed retention: security logs 30 days, operational logs 14 days – to be legally confirmed.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
